Our production area is connected directly to the Taproom, giving customers a unique view into the amazing process of brewing. We have two separate brewing systems; a large Production level system with a 15-barrel brew house and 30-barrel fermenters and bright tanks, as well as a 1-barrel Pilot system that allows our brewers to innovate and create small batches for the taproom.

At Padraigs Brewing, the tap list is an ode to Irish classics and expert craftsmanship. Here’s a taste of what’s on tap:

  • Red Chimney Irish Ale: Brewed with Irish Malt imported from Cork, Ireland, Padraigs Red Ale is steeped in history and the hearty taste of Ireland, 
  • Paddy’s Premium Irish Lager:  Named “Paddy’s Premium” Padraigs Irish lager is one you’ll want in your hand on the patio, in the boat or at the ball game. 
  • Honey Blonde: This golden brew is smooth with subtle sweetness, born from Irish Malt and combined with real honey that brings a light sweetness to every pint. 
  • Dullahan’s Dry Irish Stout: Padraigs award winning Dry Irish Stout brings with it a familiarity and at the same time a refreshing twist on what you expect from a Stout. 
  • NE Porter: Dark and rich, each mouthful is a tapestry of deep, roasty complexity.
  • Foggy Dew: An innovative, juicy hazy IPA that tantalizes the taste buds with complex, fruity flavors and zero IBUs. 
  • West Coast IPA named Basic Instinct is a wonderful; hop-forward, danky IPA that will satisfy the hopheads in your group.
